Well, let's untangle that. First rights are metaphysical, imo. They aren't material. They are ideas. All ideas, it seems to me, only are expressed by force- force of action, force of words- whatever. Even the very thinking of ideas- is a biochemical force. Anything that happens, happens by something applying force to something else. Otherwise we have inaction. So simply saying that rights are created by force doesn't imply any moral problem for me. Everything everywhere that "happens" is a product of some force, or it would not happen. Justification is another moral issue that is, imo, irrelevant to the physical property of forces and occurrences.
