I installed sguide_tweak_98_ME from:
speedguide.net

I can't believe the difference. I just checked my connection speed at:
msn.zdnet.com
and maxed at
Your line speed: 6800 Kbps
833.3 K bytes/sec

That's almost double my old high. In 10 tries I'm averaging about
30% higher than I was before the tweak.
