I bought the following looking for takeovers: CMT, MGY, BAU, TKE, GAU, SRI, BKP, CDH, CQV So far BAU was taken out and we have an offer on BKP which I picked up last fall at 7.00 I feel pretty confident we will see another offer on BKP in the $12-13 range or better as I have now received the BKP management rebuttal to the HUNT offer and it appears they are really promoting for a white knight. Time will tell but it sure would be nice to see some take over offers on CMT and some of the others. CDH and CQV have interesting plays in Eastern Canada and its my bet that some of the Alberta players who wish to divest their interest to other areas and spend some of their cash flow without leaving Canada will take a run at one of them. Any body have any information about Alberta players taking another look at Eastern Canada, after all Pan Canadian is doing Ok down there.
