Emerging markets probably have performed better than any other asset class in this rally except for tech. Largely a case of those areas that were beaten down the most last year rallying the most this year.

With foreign funds the dollar is a major consideration. A strong dollar hurt overseas funds last year, but this year's downturn in the greenback is helping them.
