After Clinton took office with much fanfare he changed the waiting period ex Washington insiders had to wait before they could lobby, from one year to five years. However, a few weeks before leaving office with no press attention and no fanfare, Clinton changed it back to one year....LOL History is going to treat Clinton harshly, as it should! LG
