POPPE: Without waiving the privilege as to the actual contents of any particular communication, I'll allow Ms. Hibbs to identify persons who she talked to on the general subject of Mr. Delfino's termination.
FALCON: Okay.
HIBBS: Jim Hennessy, Jane Crisler, and George Zdasiuk.
FALCON: And in what time frame? Were these all in one meeting or separate occasions, separate dates?
HIBBS: They were separate meetings.
FALCON: Just so I'm clear, was Mr. Hennessy, Mr. Zdasiuk and Ms. Crisler ever at this one same meeting in relationship to this general topic?
HIBBS: Actually, I don't believe so, no.
