Re MXT: After the latest announcement of a .08 dividend for February, I e-mailed the president B.Gieni indicating I thought they could do a lot better than that, and also that most oil and gas trusts were giving some clarification as to how they were arriving at their monthly distributions. Just got an e-mail from Mr Gieni stating that they "would announce the annual distribution when (they) knew the entire shape of Trust". Indicated that they were still analyzing and did not want to make an announcement and than have to retract it. So it appears that the .08 for February is not necessarily the final word.
