I received my report yesterday, and am glad to hear that they are going to change some of there stores to "On Concept" format, as shown in the report. On Concept stores usually bring in 3x the sales of normal stores. There is an On Concept store where I live and talking to the cashier, business seems to be quite good. As to the stock price, the targets are $3 for Jan 98,$4 Jan 99, and $5 for the year 2000. If they meet most of their other targets, I believe that they will meet the share targets.
