Chick, this is a delayed response to your last post. You said debt
holders were being given a chance to convert into equity at 30 cents,
resulting in an additional 1.2 million shares. Shouldn't it be
an additional 12 million shares since I recall the debt as being
around $4 million ? Also is there a deadline by which they either
convert or the company is forced to pay back the full loan amount,
which it is obviously not in a position to do ? Do you know the current
status of Biotrack acquistion ? Thanks.
