It's comments like yours that makes me think we are at or very close to the bottom. I'm long a gold mining stock that at current prices for gold is trading at 1 times cash flow and 2.5 times earnings. Values like this are seen only at capitulation bottoms, nobody wants to own golds but there is very few sellers left as the stocks have all moved into strong hands.
