The Las Vegas analogy might have been extreme, but though perhaps hyperbole, still valid just the same in principle I think. I guess I should be clear here that I'm referring to trading, not investing. That's a whole different matter, and in that regard you are correct in what you say about supporting a company and its products. Joe Six Pack will mostly continue to do what he has always done best: buy high, sell low (more or less). When Joe Six Pack has sold out and wants nothing more to do with the market, then the stage is set for the next big bull run, IMHO. It is at this point that the big boys will consider bringing the serious money to the table, and you can bet they won't tell either Joe Six Pack or Maria what they are up to ! JMVHO.... WS
