Heck what's a couple billion shares to a company that never produced more than 4 million in consolidated revenues?!!!:>) I am not to sure how to read this one section of the PR where Radi addresses shareholders "Mr. Radi concluded: "It is my goal to increase revenues for the company and to cut all unnecessary costs in order to maintain the highest profit possible. It is my goal to increase shareholder value through sound business and growing revenues. Before taking on this new challenge, I was made fully aware of the Company history, the large number of outstanding shares and credibility issues arising from hostile shareholders." Cutting all unnecessary costs and executing sound business would see an immediate forensic audit from a top 5 accounting firm, immediate severence of any association or transactions with R. Branconnier and PERI and immediate dismissal of all business relations with Sanclair Hold, any and all Branconnier relatives, friends, acquaintances etc..And immediate dismissal of Fast Eddie Croaker. Actually did Ed Resign? I don't read the PRs to close anymore as they are always a bunch of fluffy pile of non substantive statements..... Severe all business relations with PERI and any of its associates. Let the competitive bid process determine who will do Construction and Operations and Maintenance. These plants are nothing requiring any type of sole source that I see. You get my drift...this is simply the most silly quagmire of nothingness I have ever seen. Now is Radi saying frustrated and angry public shareholders (hostile in his words) have raised credibility issues that he is aware? Or is he saying/pointing blame for the company's poor credibility issues solely on the frustrated and angry public shareholders who have voiced their concerns? Hey did Rene switch faiths to muslem? Mohammed Ishmail Radi Branconnier? So has Radi come out with some financials and other data of substance vice lip service? TT has done nothing so am interested to see where Firmaplus generates their revenues... I remain more skeptical. I predict Radi won't do jack except keep the current game going and be the clown that takes the heat for the ugly stuff yet to come. JMO
