Service Bulleting from MyTrack:The Problem: During the day today, many of our members experienced intermittent problems connecting to the myTrack servers. At approximately 3:30 PM (EST), these problems were exacerbated, causing a large number of members to be disconnected from the servers. The Cause: We are in the process of upgrading to new switching equipment in order to make our service more reliable. We installed this equipment last night, and in spite of testing, it created connectivity problems during the day today. The Solution: We have identified the problems and are reconfiguring the equipment. The reconfigured equipment will be implemented tomorrow. There may be further problems tomorrow. If so, we'll make the necessary adjustments over the weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but in the end, we assure you that this new equipment will result in better, more reliable myTrack service.
