Hi Steve,

I was thinking in the 13 to 14 range too. The amount of cash out there right now is unbelievable. It seems that shopping to be taken over is currently the best way to maximize shareholder value for many companies. The market doesn't seem to care as much as it should about the billions of dollars of profits.

Mind you, I was wrong about GOU being taken over back in May.
