Sprint conference call-- MMDS I just listened to portions of the Sprint conference call and can confirm what several others have posted in various places. Sprint has 17,000 current MMDS subscribers for their fixed wireless broadband service. That number doubled from the prior quarter. They were averaging 1,600 MMDS installations per week by end of December. Recently achieved 2,000 installations per week. During 2001 Sprint intends to focus on the fastest growing segments of their business, including fixed wireless broadband. They expect increased capital spending in their broadband initiatives.
