For the year 2001, revenue expected to grow approximately 60% yoy as a result of the production ramp of new products resulting from design-wins made in 2000 and assuming an improved overall economy in the second half of 2001. Gross margin expected in 43%-46% range while licensing revenue is expected to grow more than 130% from 2000. EPS expected in the range of $1.50-$1.75, much lower than $2.50 First Call consensus. Stock trading at 13.
