Yes, I believe Matthew H. Poppe bills Varian at $275 per hour and he's not even a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Just imagine what Lynne Hermle, a partner, charges along with her other fascist Varian SLAPP team. Varian has been fighting this losing battle for almost 2 years and I bet it's cost them millions. Be careful who you SLAPP!
