Hi Ian.

1. With regard to MTSN's forecast, I am with you entirely. That's what I understood too. But Deahna seems to disagree, and I wonder if this is just his way of hedging his bets and reducing his forecast below that of the company, or if this actually IS the forecast of the company.

2. SAB 101. Right. But I'm trying to understand why there are material differences in the "Cost of Sales" line, between the "Pro-Forma" and "SAB 101" statements. They must be deferring cost of sales associated with defferred revenue, but what's the basis for this? I understood (perhaps incorrectly) SAB 101 to only applly to the revenue side. What kinds of costs would be defferable under SAB 101? And in the semiequip biz, what kinds of costs would be incurred but not paid until final acceptance? Admittedly this is pretty arcane stuff...
