A timely map update at GLP! globalstar.com New map dated February 1 adds Turkey and Poland to list of countries with "service coverage," which now totals 56 places. Other changes include new "Extended Gateway Coverage" regions encompassing South and West China, the Tasman Sea between Australia and New Zealand and the Barents and Norwegian Seas to about 75N latitude, it seems. They've also expanded the green area in NW Russia a bit.
