SIMSCI announces availability of PIPEPHASE on Silicon Graphics' Systems
BREA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 1997--Simulation Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI) (SIMSCI) Wednesday announced the availability of SIMSCI's recently released PIPEPHASE Version 7 simulation software on Silicon Graphics' powerful MIPS microprocessor-based workstations and Origin R line of technical and computer servers.
SIMSCI's PIPEPHASE program predicts the liquid hold-up, flow patterns, pressure and temperature distribution in complex oil and gas production networks. PIPEPHASE shortens design times, reduces capital equipment cost and improves control of operations for oil and gas fields.
