Thomas, in reports on GAC, written in the summer of 2000, analysts said:

"... it is critical that Geac acquire larger companies with leading technology such as RunTime.."

"... Geac must invest in technologies such as Active Architecture.. a foundation that will allow other CRM,SCM to interface and exchange data with Geac systems."

Also, what do you think of DSGX's transportation software? The stock seems to be expensive for a company with $60 million sales, unless the software is unique and with no real competition.

Do you see Geac's current service offerings as inadequate when compared to other ERP companies and possibly resulting in significant customer run-offs?

Also, I'm wondering if Hummingbird (T.HUM) would be appropriate for inclusion in the portfolio here. HUM offers BI and EIP, I think.
