I agree.

Given the rate reduction of this week, and the miserable results achieved through its application, I suspect that consequential effort will be made to rally this tulip a bit this afternoon, so I have taken some profits on a few positions and boxed a few others as well. If we get to 3:00 PM and I don't see a rally coming, I will just rejoin the bear's picnic again.
