If there was going to be a "Cash Grab" by the Bondholders.. Then time (and Cash) is wasting away!! True, but nothing bond holders can do yet - so signifies little. Need thirty days continuous default. From my perspective, I'd like to see a new plan proposed prior to the date I'm empowered to push BK button. As you say, cash is awasting. Need to see the new plan before I decide how to vote the BK issue. A couple pennies is still better than nothing. Pierre
