People disregarded market caps last year for tech stocks in general, to their peril. True. But back in the "irrational exuberance" days of 1997 I could have shown you companies with high P/Es or P/S or whatever you want that you would have "disregarded to your peril" as well. I finally dumped some Cisco earlier this year at fifty that some thought was horribly overpriced at split-adjusted 18 a few years ago. Its all relative.
