USA Video retains Goldstein; Gioco as controller

Mr. Edwin Molina reports USA Video Interactive has retained Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP (GGK) to provide auditing and other related services to the company. Headquartered in New York, GGK is one of the largest accounting practices in the country. GGK replaces Amisano-Hanson, chartered accountants, of Vancouver, B.C. The company is working closely with GGK to ensure a smooth transition. Mario Gieco has been named controller. Mr. Gioco is a certified public accountant with more than 15 years experience in corporate and public accounting, primarily in the technology sector. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State College with a bachelor of science degree in accounting, and holds a masters degree in information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Gioco is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and sits on the board of finance of the town of Chester, Connecticut, and the Chester zoning board of appeals. "Mr. Gioco has been with us for some months in an accounting role and we are pleased to officially name him our controller," said Edwin Molina, president and chief executive officer of USA Video Interactive.
