What was the floorless debenture? What was the Visitors Services sham? What was a million dollars spent on Lifetime Learning? Gordon didn’t make any mistakes???
My past attitudes toward Gordon have ranged from pure disgust, to tolerance, to grudging admiration (for his perseverance), and back to disgust. If you would try to be in the least bit objective for a few seconds, you will recall that I supported you in your campaign to discredit Gordon. In fact, I was about the only one for quite a while. Why do you persist in not remembering this indisputable fact? Alzheimer’s is a terrible thing……
What you have not figured out is that you and I departed during that campaign on the issue of your endless repetitions and your generalizing your viciously hostile posting style to everybody in (virtual) sight. That doesn’t mean that I fail to recognize that Gordon is slime. A lot of us here have been wrong about this company and this stock. [But at least I wasn’t the one to congratulate Gordon on being such a great deal-maker at the stockholders’ meeting!] Since you and I were both wrong at times, and both right about Gordon’s needing to exit, how can I be more of a fool or an idiot than you are?
The only relevant allusion to six figures is now my share total is in six figures. I quite possibly have one of the lowest average cost figures of anybody left on the board. What is your average cost? If the stock tanks and I lose it all, I will publicly announce it on the boards that I was wrong to buy the stock. Likewise, if the stock does well and I make money, I may remind some people here of some of their past remarks.
