The relation with FON is very confusing. They partnered up, invested even more money last year, however have their own arm to bring in ISP/DSL business.

I think they do have first right of refusual, but I think they cannot outright "offer to purchase" until some time in the future (maybe thats why they are holding back on supporting ELNK at this time).
