Hi Rob,

"Am interested to know what TA "indicators" you follow??"

I use a graphing program called AIQ. I have used it for many years. I have studied their literature on how to use the software to trade on technicals. I spent some time back testing AIQ's methods. It did not seem to offer good results on the stocks that I followed.

However, after using it for a long time I did notice some patterns (real or imagined). They have a buy/sell signal that is composed of 2 numbers from 0 to 100. They call it an expert rating. The buy ER is first followed by the sell ER. Any number 95 or over indicates a buy or sell. Eg. 98 / 22 would be a 98 buy. 34 / 99 would be a 99 sell.

But my observation is that when a stock is low (my fundamental opinion) that if AIQ issues a 11 / 59 it is often a good entry point. When a stock seems high a 59 / 11 often preceeds a drop.

Anyone using AIQ should be alert to these. I would be interested if anyone has a similar observation.
