What Siemens has in Germany that neither Cisco and Juniper will have for the next 20 years? 30 year relationships with their customers. Siemens has proven over and over that they fix their customers problems, so it is hard for Cisco and Juniper to get a foot in the door. This effect might fade, but for now a lot of Germans will buy from the person they trust, regardless of what he recommends, instead of going for a brand like Cisco or Juniper. Rene.
