Her right is a moral principle (O.T. BTW, did someone make a rule that morality has to come from God?). Her right is a moral principle. A moral principle does not give her victory when she is being assaulted. Perhaps fairies can do that. Moral principles cannot.

However, if there were to be any extrinsic or intrinsic rights, my first choice would be your right to be left alone.

Unfortunately, intrinsic moral rights cannot give you anything--nada. Social policy (when it respects logic) will eventually give you that. Be patient!
