From shad guts? You need the guts to catch the catfish to cook.

I did read where a woman bought shrimp with food stamps. When asked why she bought such an expensive item with food stamps she replied they were good bait. Pound of shrimp = 100 pounds of catfish. Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he'll sit in a boat all day drinking beer.
