Moore is an old economy company that has fallen on hard times. It's a classic study of whether a "buggy-whip" manufacturer is able to adapt to a new age. Moore has just changed some of it's top management and seems determined to find a niche in the age of the electronic economy. The chart indicated that investors viewed the company as a good buy in late December and January. What the chart indicates for the future, you will have to interpret for yourself. After being in the trash-can for two or three years, a move of 100% in 25 days makes it look wildly over bought!
