especially in a longer term downtrend

I know it's not popular to be sanguine on the market these days, but I think the Naz has bottomed, and it is in the beginning stage of a new bull market, and this can be confirmed by the DOW which is near it's all-time high and prepared to break out from a 12 month consolidation. With that in mind, I'm prepared to buy at intermediate swing lows next week.
