Thread, I spent the last few days with Europeans. First time for me since the election. Wow, are they ever brutal towards W. Some really poor reasons too, which begs a question. I really have never put much time into understanding the tone of news elsewhere in the free world. Any experts here who might like to enlighten as to the bias of other media machines? A couple points they made are as follows. Gore won the election because he got "more" votes. W has men with old ideas on his team. Gore was better for the job because he had 8 years of practice. Two phd's and an excellent businessman. For some reason they really liked Gore, but I couldn't get a specific as to why. Strange. HAGO TH
