Scumbria, <I spent a couple days in California this week, and you might be surprised to learn that nobody out there considers themselves to be in crisis. This is largely a media event so far.> Cool, then I guess we Oregonians don't have to send California any juice come summertime. Gov. Kitzhaber here just warned that Oregon could face rolling blackouts of its own when the summer rolls around. But hey, I'm sure that too is just a media event. This is yet another sign that Californians still don't get it, and that they deserve this whole mess. Tenchusatsu
