A 12-year-old junior-high student in Loveland, Colo., was removed from his classroom and escorted to a special club for Hispanic students meeting on campus during school hours without parental notification or consent, charges the boy's parents.

Liam and Carmen Weston were shocked when their son Kevin told them about his experience last week. The League of United Latin American Citizens meets with students in the Lucille Erwin Middle School library during school hours. Kevin's parents were not notified of the club's presence at the school, nor were they asked to give their permission for Kevin's participation. ..."
