Hello Mike C2, good post! I don't know all the answers to your questions, but I will try to address a couple:

There are two existing plants today - Brampton and Hamilton. Both are supposedly operating profitably now.

Three plants are planned to be built and completed before the end of the year: Fort Devens, Richmond, and Skagit County. Actually, Fort Devens and Richmond were supposed to be completed (there has been long delays on these two).

We just heard about the plans to build 2 additional plants in Oshawa and Niagara (no construction and operation dates mentioned).

There is also a non-operational plant in Corinth, New York where TTRIF has been trying to buy out the minority partner or move the plant (don't know what the status is on that).

The Skagit County plant is anticipated to be erected very soon - I think everything is in place except for the concrete financing, which we should see in the form of industrial revenue bonds shortly (I hope). The tipping fee for Skagit County is very high (last I heard in the $90 range for a ton) - it should contribute quite a bit to TTRIF's bottom line (don't know the exact numbers though - it will vary significantly based on a 300-ton or 600-ton plant).

TTRIF has not reaped all it will from Trooper. Once the first Trooper plant is operational, TTRIF will be getting quarterly payment from Trooper that should amount to roughly C$5 million spread out in 7 years (something like that) - Nick posted the exact details many posts ago. In addition, Trooper's license from TTRIF is good for a period of 25 years. I believe TTRIF will regain the licensing rights around the year 2018.

Personally, I will be accumulating a little more under $2.5 (knowing CEO Rene has to pay that much for his 600,000 share options).

Regards,

Kit
