I regularly use SI to obtain ideas and follow shares which are of importance to me. QLT is just one of these shares.
Unfortunately, I have just found out (via Tradetrek) that a firm of lawyers have just initiated a class action suit against QLT and its two leading officers. It is claimed that there has been selling by these officers prior to the official announcement of lower than expected quarterly results. No been American nor living in the USA I am unfamiliar with this situation. Is this anything that one should take seriously or is it a typical type of situation that can occur to a company when the share price starts declining?

Your comments and thoughts interest me since I have accumulated a few hundred shares over the last 12 months believing that this company is ideally placed for at least the next two years.

Thanks for your responses, Alan
