Maybe Ascend's hard hit is affected by Cisco's announcement. If you noticed today so far... Ascend down 3+, Cisco up a little, Coms down a little. Cisco announced today their first carrier-class dial access system for service providers called AccessPath-TS. This looks like head on competition against Ascend's main market and customer base. News comes from SuperComm in New Orleans however you can check Cisco's website for their announcement. Question to ask Cisco is when is shipping date? Can anyone do a comparison between these two products? Peter Piper (your electronic plumber)
