("KRT-V") - BCSC Re David Howard Stone Revocation Order IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 AND IN THE MATTER OF DAVID HOWARD STONE (the "Insider") Revocation Order Under Section 171 WHEREAS the Insider is an insider of Kensington Resources Ltd., a reporting issuer (the "Reporting Issuer"); AND WHEREAS on January 12, 2001, it was ordered under section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 (the "Order") that the Insider cease trading in the securities of the Reporting Issuer until the Insider files the insider reports required to be filed under section 87(4) of the Act; AND WHEREAS it appears that the Insider has now filed the required reports; NOW THEREFORE it is ordered under section 171 of the Act that the Order is revoked.
