Both of the links still work fine for me now, so I suspect that the problem was only temporary and that you should try again.
You seem to believe that you have the ability to read my mind from no more evidence than two pasted news stories that are accompanied by my single word 'Regards'.
You may qualify for the Psychic Hot Line, but you do NOT appear to have any aptitude for it.
Not only do I not believe what you seem to attribute to me, but every penny of Federal tax receipts that is expended on public education is in violation of the Constitution, as well as being severely counterproductive.
