Is it time to buy BIO-TECH? Last year everyone believed this was the most dangerous sector to be in during the height of the correction. But if you discount the BLAIR/CLINTON fiasco, this has been the strongest, non profit sector. Is this where the funds are now putting their speculative money??

I am still extremely weary of the NASD and TECH. Since everyone now believes the second half of the year will be a recovery, I am not sure. I covered many shorts on friday, but I did step up to the plate and nibbled on several bio-techs.

Reviewing my trading last year, I made the bulk of my winning trades sitting in bio-tech. Perhaps this is the place to be. Earnings this last quarter were extremly upbeat, and if BIO-TECH is like the internet was in 94-95 this will be the sleeper sector that has only begun to grow.

I nibbled on ALXN. CRA, RSTA, and QLTI yesterday. Watching PDLI, MLNM, HGSI, and MTGN!

Good luck aLL
