This (and more to come probably) must be the reason for run to .25 Conquistador to apply for amendment to warrants Conquistador Mines Ltd CMG Shares issued 43,663,907 Feb 2 close $0.17 Fri 2 Feb 2001 Mr. Richard Steinberger reports Conquistador Mines will make an application to the Canadian Venture Exchange to amend the exercise price to 25 cents per share, of share purchase warrants entitling the holders to purchase 3,810,480 common shares, expiring Dec. 6, 2001.
