Yaacov... But why they didn't call the analysts and officially warn? New requirement in the US - regulation Full Disclosure. Companies must provide equal access to information to all investors. So they can't call analysts and warn only them... they would have to have a conference call or do a press release or something of that nature so that all investors could have access to the info. OG
