Entry: A lottery to be held in California, half the winners to migrate to Canuck land where they will be instructed by local Eskimos in the preparation of pemmican for sustenance. Remaining winners will be dispatched south of the border to taco and enchilada land, and accompanied by selected chefs from Taco Bell. Losers stay in California. This entry is also being submitted to Governor Davis in the hope that it might ease the power shortage. R
