Hi Jill and Victoria:

I like volatility of RBMS , as well as Jill's recent plays.
RMBS:http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=rmbS
All tech's looking downward

Could do a LEAPS play: buy Jan 02 50's for 19 7/8. Sell May 01 65's for 6 1/8. That's 31% UPFRONT. That would equate to your 10 % ea mo yield (goal?)

If you wanted to bail, you could use that vol.'y to your advantage OVER AND OVER again. I see at www.edreyfus.com
that there have been some pretty big moves in short time frames recently e.g.: 7.5 pts in a few weeks. Just enter the RMBS symbol in the box . . . click on equities . . . then refer to their "H" button (for "history" of prices)

Then click on their option/calls button for the other "goodies".

If you like the volatility factor . . . as in RMBS . . . check out CMGI Jan 03 5's . . . . and "racers, start your engines . . . " you could do some calls in near months out of the money sufficiently enough to "cover" in case you get called out (don't let that happen). . . and make some serious dinero .

Herm's site will tell you more.
