I'm sure you do, in fact I can't even imagine what it would be like not to. One of my pet peeves is people calling "people in training" "Kids". A kid is a baby goat.
People in Training are just young people mostly needing a little help in the maturing process instead of the barrage of criticism that most of them get, along with too much money, instead of love and guidance, most of the time.
