Just a short note to those of you who still
have the BND board saved. In case you haven't
checked out BND in a long time...now might be
the time to do it.

Morgan Kent Group, which totally controlled BND
in the past, was forced to SELL 1.1 million shares
because it was the collateral on a margin loan.
The sudden dump of all these shares in December
(avg daily vol is 40,000) forced the price down to 1.25...it is now up to 3. This is an artificially low price because of the massive dump. It opens up a golden opportunity for those who realize this.

Also at these low prices 3 "insiders" have
bought $100,000 worth of BND in Dec and January...pretty sizeable investment don't you think??

Recently a mgmt team was brought in from
Solectron to start up and run Boundless
Manufacturing...we are expecting the announcement of their first contract any day
now..

A few days ago a mgmt team from NSM was hired
to take over Merinta...their experience will
add greatly to that team.

When Morgan Kent was forced to sell their shares they lost the total control they had of BND.
The posters on Yahoo have over a million shares,
25% of the total, pooled together to place an
investor representative on the BoD...do you
want a part of this?? And of course if Morgan
Kent gets more money and decides to buy back in
that will greatly increase the buying pressure and price!

If all this makes BND sound like it might be
worth a look check out the BND board on Yahoo.
Maybe you got burnt in the past like many of
us....but check out what is happening NOW.
