But hey, I guess if AMD can't make it, no one really needs it, right?> I saw some astounding SPEC numbers from early silicon 1MB Mustang in September. There is no problem whatsoever to build them. After seeing P4 benchmarks, AMD correctly concluded that T-bird is plenty enough to take care of P4 for the time being and shifted to release the mobile implementations of the same core first. So if by any wild chance P4 gets ahead of the Athlon in the performance race, M-tang is there and ready to slam the door on it. I hope I didn't ruin your dinner. Regards, Kap
