Tuck, My last post was incomplete, if not misleading. The following is where we stand at the close on 2/2/01. The 30 day moving average is $6.49. Closing price on Friday is $7.69. The current floor is $6.75. The PKI exercise price is the higher of 1) 120% of 6.49 = 7.79 2) 120% of 7.69 = 9.23 3) current floor = 6.75 This should be the low for #1, which makes #3 irrelevant, and #2 could go anywhere on any given day. SMH
